FAQ:
How to assemble the case?
Please watch the guide video before you assemble the case. The video is in the product description.
When installing, the action should be a few lighter, in case of acrylic fracture. The acrylic is not so hard as ABS material.
How to use the Raspberry Pi?
The Raspberry Pi official website provide the use guide in this link:
https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/projects/raspberry-pi-setting-up

Why the red indicator light of Raspberry Pi is not on?
It can be due to 2 reason usually.
1. The power supply is not working. Find other 5V 3A power to test it.
2. The red indicatoer light of Raspberry Pi is not working.
3. If the red indicator light is flashing, it mean the voltage is not stable. Need to change the power supply.
4. If the power supply is not normal, it can cause some problem for Raspberry Pi. So sometimes the unknow reason problem can be solbed by use another power supply.
How to understand green indicator light?
When booting from the SD card, the ACT light should flash irregularly. However, it can flash in a more standardized way to indicate a problem:
3 flashes: start.elf not found
4 flashes: start.elf cannot be started, so it may be damaged. Or, the card is not inserted correctly, or the card slot is not working.
7 flashes: kernel.img not found
8 flashes: SDRAM is not recognized. In this case, your SDRAM may be damaged, or bootcode.bin or start.elf cannot be read.
If any of the above situations occurs, please try to use the newly installed Pi operating system of Raspberry's new SD card.
Why there is no video out put from Raspberry Pi?
1. You can check if the green light flash irregularly. If not, you can write the system to sd card again. ( you can use a latest verion Raspberry Pi OS for testing).
2. Use other SD card to test ( FAT 32 format, at least 8GB)
3. Use other HDMI-compatible cable to test. You can try to connect the Raspberry Pi by SSH to check it the problem is on HDMI-compatible output.
4. Use other power supply (5V 3A at least)
6. Some touh screen need to install driver to use and may only support a few systems. Some touch screen need to revise the config, txt in the sd card to use.
